I am looking forward to presenting a program Dec. 13 to the Loren Hodge Experimental Aviation Association Chapter 274 in Decatur. The group is headquartered in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and has about 80 local chapter members. Denis and I met several members last summer at the launch events for Prairie Flyers of Central Illinois. Our book includes the story of Richard Snelson of Clinton, a pilot who built a plane at his home.
